Robert (Bob) Smith is the founder and Principal of Adobe Capital Partners, a diversified infrastructure company focused on energy services, data center development, industrial mining, advanced computing, aviation and financial services. He is also founder and CEO of Infrastructure X, a family office driving transformative innovation in energy technology, medical and bio advancements, defense technologies, AI, quantum computing, and financial technology. With 30 years as a public company executive, he blends strategic vision, legal expertise, and active investment acumen across private equity, venture capital, venture debt, hedge funds, and real estate development—including multi-use projects, data centers, industrial parks, shopping centers, and multi-family housing. Smith’s influence extends to advisory roles with leading funds and companies like Smart Energy Water, Asterozoa Capital Partners, AZ VC Fund, Energy Impact Partners, The Westly Group, Enertech Capital, Janus Healthcare, QuSecure, and Trend Discovery, leveraging his network of C-suite energy leaders and top global bankers to fuel high-impact deals.
Previously, Smith served as executive vice president, general counsel, and chief development officer at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and Arizona Public Service, overseeing growth strategies, legal affairs and non-regulated subsidiaries like El Dorado Investment Corporation, Bright Canyon Energy and Pinnacle West Power (50% stake in TransCanyon with Berkshire Hathaway). Prior to joining Pinnacle, he led the $13 billion sale of Columbia Pipeline Group after its double IPO spin-off from NiSource, and has held previous roles at Columbia Pipeline, NiSource, Progress Energy (now Duke Energy), and Mirant Corporation. A graduate of The Ohio State University (J.D.) and the University of South Alabama (B.A.), Smith chairs Global Action, serves on the Advisory Board of Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business, and leads Operation WorldChangers, World Impact Centers, and the Sustainable Missions Project to empower visionary leaders globally.


Preston Smith serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Adobe Capital Partners and a Principal of Transform Capital Partners, a joint family office. With a strategic focus on innovative and high-growth industries, Preston oversees a diversified investment portfolio spanning technology, artificial intelligence, defense, data centers, healthcare technology, real estate (including smart cities), quantum computing and advanced energy. His leadership drives transformative opportunities across these sectors, leveraging a disciplined approach to capital allocation and long-term value creation.
Preston brings a decade of stock and options trading, complemented by investments in a robust portfolio of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate holdings across Arizona, Texas, and North Carolina. His investment acumen is underpinned by a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, which he earned following two years of studying Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Beyond his investment leadership, Preston is deeply committed to global community development. As Director of Operations for the Sustainable Missions Project, he empowers community leaders in developing nations through bi-vocational training and sustainable, mission-driven initiatives. Additionally, he serves as director of the G6 World Changers Group, a network of high-net-worth Christian business leaders dedicated to driving global impact through philanthropy and mission-focused endeavors.


Richard Smith is a seasoned financial executive with 30 years of leadership experience at top-tier global financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles with an executive-level focus across operations, systems architecture, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions, consistently driving efficiency, scalability, and enterprise value.
Smith has overseen complex organizational structures and has been directly responsible for managing over $1 billion in annual payments, including end-to-end responsibility for mission-critical divisional operations.
He has played a central role in multiple strategic transactions, including pre-merger analysis and positioning, contract review and post-merger integrations—frequently working alongside legal counsel, and internal boards to deliver shareholder-aligned outcomes.
Known for his pragmatic approach and deep operational insight, Richard brings a unique combination of institutional rigor and innovation, helping complex organizations navigate growth, change, and regulatory landscapes. His track record in optimizing financial operations and leading strategic initiatives makes him a high-value partner for investors and institutions seeking disciplined, forward-thinking leadership.
Richard is a husband, father of three and co-founder of House of Grace, a transition home and program for young adult women in Guatemala who have aged out of orphanages.


Robin Bloomfield has over 20 years of experience in the legal field and in office administration and management. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every role she undertakes. Her background spans a wide range of legal practices, including state and federal litigation, medical malpractice law, personal injury law, employment law, school administration law, school financial regulations and school election law. This diverse expertise has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex legal operations and the ability to manage multifaceted projects with precision.
Robin is known for her exceptional organizational skills, key attention to detail, and a results – driven approach. She excels at managing operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that projects are seen through to successful completion. Her time management and ability to prioritize make her a reliable leader in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Robin is a dedicated community member. She has been an active volunteer in her church, community and local public schools, serving as PTO treasurer, fundraising & event coordinator and volunteering as a Reading Recovery Coordinator, where she organized and led community volunteers to support early literacy initiates. Her commitment to service, both in and out of the office, reflects her collaborative spirit and strong leadership.

Wendy Smith serves as Chief Giving Officer, bringing a lifelong passion for service, community impact, and meaningful connection to the role. With a background that spans education, public service, business, and nonprofit work, she is dedicated to advancing initiatives that inspire generosity and create lasting change.
Her career began in the classroom, teaching in both public and private schools, where she cultivated a gift for engaging and empowering others. She later served as Director of Operations for an Arizona attorney general campaign, where she successfully organized fundraising efforts and community outreach events to raise awareness on pressing political and social issues. In addition, she has worked as a Realtor, helping families achieve their goals while strengthening community ties.
Beyond her professional work, Wendy has devoted significant time to service. She has volunteered with a global mission organization and has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in Arizona’s foster care system. Throughout these roles, she has planned and carried out a wide range of fundraising events and awareness initiatives designed to mobilize support, foster engagement, and build stronger communities.
As Chief Giving Officer, Wendy draws on this rich blend of experiences to lead with empathy, vision, and purpose—ensuring that giving and community impact remain at the center of every initiative.
